IPE is in search of a part-time HR Coordinator with a strong focus on advising and acting as an Employee Relations Specialist. In this exciting role, along with the management team, you'll take ownership for day-to-day HR leadership and collaborate closely with our Dutch HR department in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities encompass providing advice to management on employee relations and management issues employee support, ensuring a positive work environment, managing compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Additionally, you'll oversee office management.



Role highlights:

  • Setting up a sound HR organization for IPE (, London) and ensure compliance with UK labor laws and regulations
  • Support overall business goals and offer guidance to managers and employees on personnel matters
  • Participate in recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and training
  • Manage labor relations, celebrating success and express gratitude. handling issues like disciplinary actions, grievances, conflict resolution, and labor compliance
  • Report to and collaborate with the HR Business Partner in the Netherlands to foster a positive work environment and uphold HR policies
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating and resolving issues while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere
  • Interact and control payrolling and payroll implications with payroll outsource partner
  • Provide advice on performance management, personal and professional development and vitality
  • Manage administrative HR tasks

Office management duties:

  • Oversees and manages the smooth running of the office (equipment, supplies, cleaning, security etc).
  • Manages all logistical operations within the office
  • Represent IPE for all office building related matters
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office policies and procedures.

  • CIPD level 5 equivalent by experience or qualification
  • Strong organizational skills, proactiveness, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • independence and self-starting ability
  • Experience in payroll administration and processing via external partner
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in HR organization development.
  • Knowledge of UK labor law and HR-related regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
